This 64 year old woman came to me with a very common complaint...she hated her neck. She was fine with everything else but that. A neck lift is really a lower 1/3 of a face lift and neck lifts are one of the few times when you can be very aggressive because a tight neck doesn't change your face! With this patient, she still looks like herself, but with a much more youthful jawline and her incisions are the ear lobe and behind are well hidden. It was just what she wanted!
